1 Package Chicken tendersSour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup Dried beef, 14 slices
Wrap 1 piece of dried beef around 1 chicken tender and place in bottom of casserole dish. Continue until all tenders are wrapped. Mix cream of mushroom and sour cream together and spread over top of chicken rolls. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with rice.
