Ingredients
1 pound of cube steak1/4 cup of soy flour1/2 cup of panko3 eggs4 tb olive oil
Directions
Makes (4) 4 ounce servings

Use three separate bowls for beaten eggs, panko and soy flour. Dredge each piece of steak first in the soy flour then eggs then panko. Cook in a preheated pan of olive oil for 4 min each side or until golden.
