mini wheat rolls (bread machine)

Ingredients
Directions
2 tbsp white sugar1 tbsp active dry yeast3/4 cup warm water1/4 cup milk1 tbsp vegetable oil3 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp salt1 egg
In a small mixing bowl, dissovle the sugar and yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Then combine all ingredients in bread machine in order as indicated by machine. set to Wheat, Light, and dough.
When dough is done, roll into 24 balls and place in a mini muffin pan. Bake 10 minute or until golden brown in a 400 degree oven.
