baked yam chili "fries"

Ingredients
2 large yams scrubbed/washed, with skins on1 tbsp. olive oil (or you can use olive oil spray, about 5 sprays)1 tsp. chili powder (add more if you like it spicy).5 tsp. salt (or to taste)dash black pepper
Directions
Slice yams into wedges or slices, depending on preference. Sliced yam circles will yield more and take a shorter time to cook. Place yams in mixing bowl. Add oil, spices and mix until coated. Spread yams onto cookie sheet and broil in oven for about 20 minutes, checking halfway for doneness. *Remember, the thinner the slice or wedge, the faster they will cook. Serves 4
