Chicken Ricotta Pizza with Spinach, Mushroom and SunDried Tomatoes

1 MultiGrain Flatout Flat Bread4 oz. Chicken Breast, unbreaded, skinless1/4 tsp Mrs Dash1/3 c Low Fat Ricotta Cheese1/4 c Fresh Spinach15 g Sun Dried Tomatoes (about 4 pieces), sliced2 Mushrooms, sliced1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Season the Chicken Breast with Mrs. Dash and grill until fully cooked.
2. Spread 1/4 c of the Ricotta Cheese on the Flatout.
3. Top with Tomatoes, Spinach and Mushrooms
4. Slice the chicken breast and top on pizza
5. Crumble remaining ricotta on top of pizza
6. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 Minutes or until cheese is melted (can broil to brown cheese)
7. Drizzle Olive Oil over pizza and slice into quarters.
