butternut squash black bean enchiladas

1 can Black Beans, drained4 cups cubed butternut squash (about one medium)1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa1 small can diced green chiles2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder1/2 cup chopped cilantro1 can enchilada sauce1 1/2 cup 2% milk cheese
Mix beans, squash, quinoa and spices.
Pour about 2 Tbsp enchilada sauce into greased 9x13 inch casserole.
Stuff tortillas with mixture and place seam down in pan.
Top with sauce and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
