Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed)1 cup unsalted buttah1 ginormous eggDry choco pudding mix1 tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1 cup Quaker oats1 cup choco chips
Mix softened butter and sugar together with hand blender. Hand mixing is a good calorie burner I hear, but it doesn't make for the fluffy very well. Add in the puddin, egg, soda, vanilla, and cinnamon and blend again until smooth. Then work in the flour in 1/2 cup increments. Then you can work your muscles out by hand stirring in the oats and chips.
These do make big calorie cookies, thus, they are great for a one cookie a night treat. Seriously, I only need one! I put mine in the fridge...and heat one up for about 20 secs in the microwave and tada.
350 for 8-10 mins. Have fun!
