Creamy Lobster Pasta

6 oz. of boiled/broiled lobster meat-chopped1/2 Cup Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce1 cup frozen peas1 clove chopped garlic4 oz. Penne (or Rotini) --Used Barilla Plus for added protein and fiber! 2 tbsp Parmesean CheesePam non fat cooking spraySalt & Pepper to taste
Boil Water for Pasta.
Sautee garlic with Pam in large non-stick saucepan.
Add alredo sauce and simmer. And lobster meat and frozen peas.
Cook pasta until aldente and drain. Add to sauce mixture.
Toss to coat. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Top each portion with 1 tbsp of parmesean cheese.
Enjoy your easy,"fancy" meal!
