Ingredients
* Butternut Squash, 2 cup, cubes * Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 1.5 cup * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * *Red Chillies (1 chillie), 5 serving * Salt, 1.5 tsp # Curry powder, 1 tsp # *Chilli Powder, 1 tsp # *coriander powder, 1 serving
Directions
Cook the squash and black eyed peas with salt in cooker till soft and mashable.
Add olive oil and chillie and roast till brown.
