Beef Broccoli Stir Fry

Canola Oil, 1 tbspBroccoli, blanched, 2 cup, chopped Carrots, thinly sliced, 0.5 cup slicesOnions, .5 cup, wedges Beef, top sirloin, 6 oz, boneless stripsChicken Broth, 1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce, low sodium, 1 tbspCornstarch, 1/2 tsp Splenda, 1/4 tspSalt, 1/8 tsp (optional)
* In a 10" skillet or wak heat the oil; add prepared veggies.
* Cook, stirring quickly and frequently unil beggies are crisp tender and onions are lightly browned.
* Stir in the beef stribs, cook until desired doneness.
* In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring to disolve the cornstarch; add to meat/veggie mixture and cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens 2-3 min.
