Zuppa Toscana - like Olive Garden(diet version)

Ingredients
1 lb Bob Evans Italian Sausage (broken up & fried)10 medium potato's peeled6 Cups (or more) fresh Kale chopped4 Cups Chicken Broth4 Cups water3-4 cups 2% Milk (depending on how much additional broth you prefer)3 cloves minced garlic1 1/2 cup chopped onionsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
fry sausage while breaking into smaller bits, set aside. Combine chicken broth, water, potato's, onion and garlic in soup pan and bring to boil - cook until potato's are tender. Reduce heat to medium and add milk and kale, cook an additional 10 minutes to soften the kale. Salt and pepper to tase and consume! Very yummy :-)
