Greek Orzo Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pre-cooked1/2 cup onions3 green and yellow squash, diced1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)1 can diced tomatoes1 tbsp Greek seasoning rub1 package orzo, uncookeddiced black olives to tastefeta cheese to top (optional, but included in nutrional count)
Directions
Cook orzo according to package directions, once completed cooking, add remaining ingredients and stir. Garnish with black olives and feta cheese. Makes 5 1 1/2 cup servings
