Asian Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
2.22 lbs. of SalmonMarinade:2 T Dijon mustard3 T low sodium lite soy sauce6 T olive oil1 clove minced garlic1 T honey
Directions
Marinade salmon in half of the sauce for 10 minutes. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. (I grilled only for char marks, and then baked in a convection oven at 350 for 10 minutes). Remove fish from grill, grill pan or oven and cover with rest of sauce. Let sit 10 minutes.
