Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 6 medium- peeled and sliced*Sucralose (like Splenda), 0.5CCinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp ()Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp (optional)*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup ()*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 0.5 cup ()*Sucralose (Splenda), 1/4CMargarine, hard, 0.5 stick ()
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients
let sit in a greased 9" pan (use pam or oil spray)
melt margarine and mix with oats, flour and 1/4 c splenda
spread on top of apples
cook at about 350 for 20 min or til apples are cooked and top is crispy.

    This lends itself well to Stevia as the sweetener, since it's bitterness marries well with apples. Added a pinch of cloves. Instead of melting the butter, I cut the it in & mixed half of the cinnamon into the topping. This won't crisp up, but it's delicious and satisfying. A keeper for sure! - 11/13/19
