Easy Single Serving Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
skinless, boneless chicken breast, about 5.5 ounces1/4 cup salsa2 tbs Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken in a piece of aluminum foil, and top with salsa and mushroom soup. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked all the way through. After removing from the oven, open the aluminum foil and top with cheese. Close foil and allow cheese to melt.

Serving suggestion (not included in calorie count): Serve on top of brown rice and top with sour cream.
