Ingredients
19.2 oz package 93/7 lean ground turkey2 T shredded parmesan2 T bread crumbs1 t hot sauce1/2 t chili powdersalt and pepper1 c frozen tri-color pepper mix (or 1 c chopped bell peppers)1 avocado4 slices Tuscan-style bread (Trader Joe's Tuscan pane)--sliced in half
Directions
Mix the turkey, parmesan, bread crumbs, hot sauce and chili powder together and form into 4 patties. Place on a broiler pan and salt and pepper each side. Arrange the peppers around the burgers and broil, about 5 minutes on each side, until turkey is done.

Meanwhile, peel the avocado and salt and pepper it to make a spread.

Pull the burgers out, then toast the bread for a minute or two.

To assemble, place a slice of bread on four plates. Top each with a turkey burger, then divide the peppers among them. Put a big dollop of avocado spread on each sandwich and top with the other half slice of bread. Makes four big burgers. Mostly good fat :-) and a nice dose of veggies.
