Flaming Hot Fried Rice

Ingredients
onions, carrots, garlic, seranno pepper, red pepper flakes, peas, corn, kidney beans, ginger root and spices.
Directions
Cook rice beforehand and refrigerate.

When ready to assemble meal, dice onion and saute in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add carrots and saute for 2 more minutes. Add garlic, seranno pepper, red pepper flakes (if using canned beans make sure to rinse before adding), peas and corn and cook for 2 minutes. Add kidney beans. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Add cold rice, and cook for 5 more minutes and serve.

This recipe reheats well.
