Vegan Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients
8 cloves garlic, chopped3TB olive oil1/2 cup pine nuts1/4 tsp chili powder3 medium onions, chopped500 grams chopped tomatoes1 cup red wine1 bell pepper, chopped2 tsp oregano1 tsp basil1 liter water100 grams dried soy protein pieces280 grams tomato paste3 tsp salt
Directions
pre-roast the pine nuts and garlic and set aside. In a large deep frying pan, sautee chopped onions and bell pepper then add water and everything else (including the roasted garlic and pine nuts). Bring to a boil then let simmer for at least 45 minutes.
