Egg White Breakfast Burrito Scramble

Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla1/2 Cup Egg Beaters Egg Whites1/4 Cup Green Pepper (Chopped or sliced)1/4 Cup Red Pepper (Chopped or sliced)1/4 Cup Yellow Pepper (Chopped or sliced)1/4 Cup Onion (Chopped or sliced)1/2 Cup Spinach 1 Slice Low Fat Cheese (I use Swiss or Mozzarella)Salsa (Optional)
Directions
(Makes 1 Burrito)

Chop peppers and onion (you can add or substitute other veggies as well) and put them in a skillet. Thaw turkey sausage (if frozen), cut it up, and put it in the skillet with the veggies. Cook the veggies and sausage (make sure it is thoroughly!) Add the Egg Whites and scramble until done. Put the cheese on the tortilla and microwave for about 30 seconds. Put the scrambled egg whites, veggies, and sausage on the tortilla, wrap it up, and enjoy! You can also add salsa if you'd like :)
