Sesame Scriggles

Ingredients
1 egg, large1/4 cup tahini1/4 cup honey1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup brown rice1/4 cup walnuts, chopped1/4 cup sunflower seed1/2 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened1/4 cup bran1/4 cup wheat germ1/4 cup sesame seeds1 cup raisins1/2 cup figs, chopped1 tsp vanilla1/2 apple, grated1/4 cup yogurt, low fat
Directions
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet and dry together. Oil an 8x8 baking pan or line with parchment paper. Press mixture in pan and bake for 20-30 min @ 350 F. Cut into 24 squares immediately. After cutting, allow to cool for 30 minutes and remove from pan to cooling rack. Wrap individually and store in refrigerator to extend shelf life.
