Fastnachtskuchen Baked German Donuts

Ingredients
4-5 cups flour2 T. yeastCinnamon and nutmeg to taste1 cup milk, warmed to around 140 degrees6 T. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Baking Stick (or margarine)1/4 cup sugar in Dough1 t. salt2 eggs1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon to shake with donuts
Directions
Mix 2 cups flour with yeast, 1 t. cinnamon and 1/2 t. nutmeg.
Heat milk with baking stick, 1/4 cup sugar, salt until about 140 degrees. Add hot milk mixture to flour mixture and add eggs. Mix until smooth. Add flour a little at a time until dough smooth. Raise for hour, until double. Split dough in half and roll each half into rectangle, cut into 16 diamond shapes. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Raise until double (30 min). Bake in oven for 12-15 min at 375 degrees until golden. Spray with butter spray and shake in bag with cinnamon sugar.
