craftydebi's beef stew

Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds beef for stew meat1 bag baby carrots, chop into halves6 redskin or new potatoes, chunked1 large vidalia onion1 1/2 cups apple juice1 envelope onion soup mix, dry1 envelope brown gravy mix, dry
Directions
Put carrots and potatoes and onion in bottom of crockpot. Add beef on top. Combine juice and mixes well and add to pot. Cook all day. Yum!
