1 packet Trace Minerals Electrolyte Stamina Power pak Orange Blast (or use Emergen-C) dissolved in 8 oz lukewarm waterTrader Joe's Strawberries and Cream Yogurt, 2 oz (half carton)1 cup Frozen Strawberries- about 7 strawberries3/4 cup Trader Joe's Berry Medley frozen berries1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1 scoop Designer Whey Vanilla Protein Powder, All-Natural (18 grams protein, 2g sugar)1/2 Banana, frozen
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes almost 3 cups of smoothie.
