Curried Vegetables

Ingredients
2 small potatoes, 2/3 c. frozen peas, 1 bunch of broccoli crown (or about 2 cups chopped), garlic, 1/2 small onion, 2 cups fresh green beans (cut), 2 cups low sodium chicken broth, 1/4 c. chopped baby carrots, salt, curry powder (mild).
Directions
cut all veggies, toss in oven safe pan/dish, add in the broth and curry powder to taste, bake in 350 degree oven, covered until veggies are tender. takes about 35 mins. makes about 4 large servings.
