Quick Homemade Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1/2 c sugar free pasta sauce1/3 c skim milk1 dashes of salt (I prefer sea salt)optional ingredients:1 dash basil1 dash garlic powder (or garlic salt)1 dash onion powder1 dash oregano1 sliced small tomato for extra chunk if you likeA ring or two of diced onion
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Makes one very filling serving.
