Caramelized Pearl Onions, Fennel and Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
1 (10 oz) package frozen Baby Brussel Sprouts 1 1/2 tablespoons butter2 cups frozen pearl onions, thawed1/2 medium fennel bulb, thinly sliced2 tablespoons sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Add the brussel sprouts and return to a boil; cook 3 minutes. Drain

2. Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, then add the onions, fennel and sugar. Cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally, 12-14 minutes. Add the brussel sprouts, salt and pepper; cook 2-3 minutes until heated thoroughly.
