Homemade White Pudding

Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla2 cups milk2 eggs2 tbsp corn starch
Directions
Beat sugar, vanilla, milk and eggs in medium saucepan. Whisk in corn starch. Cook on medium heat until boiled and thickened. Great on waffles with fruit.
Yield: 4 servings.
