4 egg whites2 cups non-hydrogenated peanut butter (teddy works well)1 cup maple syrup or 1 1/2 cups sugar
Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix peanut butter and syrup fold into eggs and drop by teaspoonful onto sprayed cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
