Pork Tenerdloin with a Creamy Dill Sauce

6 slices of tenderloin approx. 1/2 inch thick2 tbsp canola oilsauce1/3-1/2 cup of chick broth in the drippings1 tbsp flour1/2 cup sour cream1/2-1 tsp dill weed (to taste)
From a whole pork tenderloin cut 6 half inch slices. Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat and place about 3 slices in oil. Don't crowd the meat. No need for salt or any seasoning. Cook on both sides for aprox. 3 minutes or until a nice browning occurs and the center is no longer pink. The meat should be moist and easy to cut. Plate 2 slices per person.
For the sauce add chick broth and flour. Stir until bubbly. Turn heat to low, add sour cream and dill. Stir cook until it is smooth, aprox. 2 minutes.
Salt to taste.
