Raw Icecream Cones

Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh coconut meat (or re-hydrated coconut)1 1/4 cups ground flax1 apple, chopped2 1/4 tbsp lemon juicedash sea salt3/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup maple syrup1 1/4 cups water
Directions
Blend everything in a high speed blender until smooth. Lay on teflex sheets on dehydrater screens. Makecircles about 5 or 6 inches in diameter. Dry for about 5-6 hours. Remove from trays. Cut each one in half and form into cones; hold edges together with paper clips. Dehydrate until crisp.

Makes 32 cones.
