Vegetable Beef Crock Pot Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) DicedGarlic, 2 clove mincedBeef, top sirloin, 24 oz Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 regular size canTomato Puree, 28 oz can, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 canSoup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 24 ozMixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 pack (2-1/2 lb) 2 TB Italian Seasoning (or 6 tsp)2 TB Mrs Dash - Lemon Pepper (or any flavor)(or 6 tsp)1 TB Salt (or 3 tsp)1 TB Pepper (or 3 tsp)
Directions
Lightly brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain. Add cooked mixture with remaining ingredients.Cook in 6 qt Crock Pot for 4-6 Hours. Makes appoximately 24 -1 Cup Servings

Freezes well
**Can reduce sodium by using low sodium tomato products and broth. I always use seasonings "to taste" too. Some prefer more or less of some seasonings.
