Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients
200 grams of Vanilla Sugar free Yogurt (Silouette yogurt) (or any flavour yogurt you prefer)1 Tablespoon of All Bran Buds2 Tablespoons of Fibre One Honey Clusters2 Dried prunes cut into small pieces1.5 Teaspoons of honey1 apple cut into pieces (can be eaten in the yogurt or on the side (or any fruit you would like to add)
Directions
Place 100 grams of Yogurt in a cup or bowl

Mix together the cereals, Prunes and honey, stir together. Add half of the mixture to the yogurt, then place the remaining yogurt on top of the mixture then place the remaining mixture to top off the yogurt

add fruit of your choice and Enjoy!!
