Ingredients
3 large eggs1/2 c fat free milk1 t Vanilla Extract2 T Splenda Granulated1/2 t Allspice1/4 t nutmeg3/4 t cinnamon7 slices of Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat BreadI Can't Believe It's Butter Spray (5 sprays/svg)1/8 c Mrs. Butterworth Sugar-Free Syrup for every two slices
Directions
In shallow large dish mix eggs and milk, blending thoroughly. Add vanilla, spices and Splenda.

Pre-heat non-stick skillet, sprayed with butter flavored Pam, over medium-low heat.

Dip bread slices in egg-milk mixture to coat both sides and place in hot skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes per side for soft centers or 4-5 minutes per side for crispier texture.

Remove to serving plate, spray with butter spray and syrup.

Can repalce eggs with egg substitute for even less calories.

Makes 7 1-slice servings.
