1/2 c. olive oil1 lg. onion, chopped1 lg. green bell pepper, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 lb. ground beef2 - 10.5 oz cans tomato soup1 - 16 oz. can cream-style corn1 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 tsp. saltDash pepper12 oz. spaghetti2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375. Break up spaghetti and cook until almost tender; drain. In a large skillet, combine oil, onion, green pepper, garlic, and ground beef. Saute until vegetables are tender and beef is nearly brown. Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese and stir until spaghetti is well blended. Place mixture into a lightly-greased 5-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Makes about 10 one-cup servings.
