Ingredients
3 TB olive oil3 TB flour1/2 cup low sodium vegetable broth1/2 cup nonfat milk2 cup chopped Portabella mushrooms (6 oz pk)
Directions
Sautee mushrooms in olive oil. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Add in broth and milk. Bring to just under a boil and until thickened.
