1 STICK + 6 TBL BUTTER1/2 CUP PLAIN APPLESAUCE PLUS 6 TBLS.3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR SPLENDA1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR SPLENDA BLEND4 LARGE EGGS2 TSP VANILLA2 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR1 CUP BROWN RICE FLOUR3/4 CUP GROUND FLAX SEED2 TSP BAKING SODA2 TSP CINNAMON1 TSP SALT6 CUPS OATMEAL (QUICK OR 5 MIN)2 CUPS CHOPPED WALNUTS2 CUPS RAISINS

CREAM TOGETHER THE BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR SPLENDA AND WHITE SPLENDA. ADD IN THE APPLESAUCE. BEAT IN EGGS AND VANILLA.

STIR TOGETHER THE FLOURS, FLAX, BAKING SODA, SALT AND CINNAMON. ADD TO THE BUTTER MIXTURE CUP AT A TIME, BEATING IT ALL IN.

STIR IN THE OATS, WALNUTS AND RAISINGS. DOUGH WILL BE STIFF BUT MAKE SURE THAT IT IS WELL MIXED.

BAKE FOR 11 MINUTES, FLATTENING A LITTLE WITH A FORK AFTER 5 MIN. OR SO.

THESE ARE YUMMY AND NOT ONLY THAT, THEY ARE FILLING AND GOOD FOR!!!
