Butternut/coconut soup

Ingredients
per person: .7 cup cubed Roasted Butternut squash1/2 cup coconut milk, canned1 Tablespoon onion, chopped & steamed1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup water
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor, whirr until smooth, pushing food down & stirring occasionally as needed. More water may be added if desired. Pour into microwave safe cup & heat to serve.
