Pita Sandwich-Vegetarian

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter -add garlic1/2 Advocado w/ dash of garlic SaltFresh spinach - 6-7 leaves1 roma or any other kind of tomatoeRed onion (optional)5-6 slices Cucumber-peeled
Directions
Slice the pita to make it 2. Spread the garlic butter on both sides. Put on a baking sheet and place in the oven on 250. While your pita is baking (10 min) you can slice, up the items you will be putting on your pita. For the advocado I mash it up and add some garlic salt. Once your pita is done let it cool for approx. 5 min. Once cool you can spread on the advocado and place the remainding ingredients on the pita.
Makes 2 1/2 slices
