1 lb lean ground round1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal1 egg, large1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 T fresh dill1 cup beef bouillion1/2 cup light sour cream1 T. gravymaster
Mix gr round, oatmeal, egg, salt, Pepper, dill and garlic powder. Round into balls, (about 2 T. each) . Brown in pan sprayed with cooking spray Drain fat from pan..
Add bouillion and gravymaster, and allow to simmer for 10 minutes or until done. Remove meatballs. Slowly add the sour cream, a little more dill and mix, Add meatballs back to pan and cook on low for 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice, or noodles if desired.
