Greek Salad

Ingredients
1 head of Romain (heart) chopped1 lg cucumber-diced1 plum tomatoes-diced1/2 onion-chopped2 T Kalamata Olives1/2 cup Feta-crumbled2 servings of Kangaroo pita chips 1/2 T EVOO2 T Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
In a large bowl put in all the veggies, the cheese and the pita chips. Drizzle with the evoo and vinegar. Toss and eat!

We sometimes top the salad with chicken or serve it with a side of hummus. (both are not included in the nutrition values)
