Salmon and celeriac bake

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets3/4 celeriac rootLight cream cheese with chivesmilk1 tbsp flour1 tbsp olive spreadnutmeg, salt and pepper
Directions
Cut the celeriac into slices and parboil for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the olive spread in a pan, add the flour and fry briefly, then add the milk to make a white sauce. Place the salmon fillets in an ovenproof dish, cover with the sauce and layer celeriac pieces over the top. Put into a hot oven (200 Celsius) and bake for 30 minutes.
