SALAD2 cups cooked tri-colored rotini pasta1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes1/4 cup diced red pepper1 tbsp sliced black olives1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved (15-oz)DRESSING1/4 cup balsamic vinegar2 tsp olive oil1 tbsp dijon mustard2 tsp minced fresh basilfresh ground pepper, to taste
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat well. Serve at room temperature.
