Avocado Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 16 oz. CanLow Sodium Beans (Black or Kidney)2 Scallions chopped with green tops1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved1/2 Cup Celery chopped1 Haas Avocado CubedDash of Garlic PowderMrs. Dash Seasoning to tasteBlack Peper fresh ground Tobasco Sauce to tasteJuice of 1/2 Lemon
Directions
Rinse and drain beans. Cube avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent turning dark.
Combine all ingredients and chill . Salad is best if allowed to develop flavors for an hour. Makes 6 servings of about 3/4 cups.
