Lettuce Wrap/Hand Roll

Ingredients
Lettuce LeafSunflower SproutsSeaweed (any really, I use dolce)Daikon Radish (shredded)Baby Bok Choy (shredded)Cucumber (cut into strips)Sashimi grade TunaRaw Soy Sauce ( or Braggs)
Directions
I start by putting the daikon on the lettuce leaf. Then I just layer the bok choy, seaweed, cucumber, sprouts and tuna. Sprinkle some Braggs or raw soy sauce and fold up the lettuce just like a taco. Be careful cause the sauce will drip everywhere!
