Grilled Chicken with veggies

Ingredients
1 grilled chicken breast, cut in strips1 cup fresh spinach1 green pepper1 red sweet pepper1 onion1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup chopped fresh broccoli2 T. extra virgin olive oil4 T. Fat Free Italian Dressing
Directions
This recipe is meant to serve 2.
First grill the chicken breast. I grill my chicken for the whole week on Sunday so it is already done. Next use a large non-stick skillet with a lid to cook vegatables. Wash and cut them, then place them in the skillet. I add the EVO, turn the temp to med., and put the lid on the pan. You may cook the veggies for however long you like but I prefer 10-15 minutes for mine. Before serving drizzle the salad dressing on top.
