Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Hidden Valley Salad Dressing & Seasoning mix, 1 packet*Nance's Chicken Wing Sauce Mild, 1 jarButter, salted, 4 tbsp*Blue cheese Dressing,
Directions
Put frozen chicken breasts in crock pot.
Pour the wing sauce and package of ranch seasoning over the chicken.
Place the top on the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred.
Return the chicken to the crock pot and add the butter.
Mix to combine.
When ready to serve put the chicken on a salad or on a bun.
Use the Blue Cheese dressing as a spread on the bun or to dress the salad.

    Altered slightly. We loved it with a spicy garlic wing sauce, but friends thought it a little too spicy. I used a little less chicken and portioned it into smaller servings. Excellent recipe. - 4/12/10
