Easy Homemade Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb 12 oz can Crushed Tomatoes1 med. onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped or minced1 tsp Salt1 Tbs Italian Seasonings1 tsp Granulated Sugar1 Tbs Olive Oil1 cup Red Wine
Directions
Heat Olive Oil in a large sauce pot. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until soft. Add crushed tomatoes, 1 cup red wine, seasonings. Bring to boil, then simmer approx. 20 minutes. Makes approximately 10 1/2 cup servings.
