Banana Walnut Whole Wheat Pancake Batter

1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp baking soda1 cup whole wheat flour2 tbsp honey2 egg whites2 cups low-fat plain yogurt (or vanilla)2 tbsp melted butter2 medium bananas1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Sift all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together.
Stir in whole wheat flour.
Add honey, egg whites, yogurt, and melted butter.
Mix well until lumps are gone.
Add bananas and walnuts and mix well.
Makes about 15 4-inch pancakes on the griddle.
