Low Calorie Potato Dish

Ingredients
6 Large Potatos2 Medium Onions! cup Shredded Squash (uncooked) (*1)3 Beaten Eggs1 Level teaspoon of salt1/2 Cup Olive Oil1/2 Cup Kretschmer Wheat Germ (* 2)Cinnamon & Paprika
Directions
Scrub or peel the potatos and shred. Also shred the onions and squash. Add rest of the ingredients, mix well. Spray oven proof glass dish with non-stick spray,. Sprinkle dish with Cinnamon & Paprika, add mixture and sprinkle top with Cinnamon & Paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours or until Brown.
