1.5 Cups White Flour1 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Baking Soda1 tsp. Salt1 cup vegetable shortening1 cup sugar1 cup brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal1 cup sweetened flake coconut1 6 oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips(optional) 2 cups old-fashioned oats
Bake at 350 degrees on a baking sheet covered in wax paper for ten minutes. Let the cookies cool a bit before putting them onto cooling racks.
